Shipping Policy

Your order will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. We ship Monday to Friday. Shipping takes 3–5 days. During sales, 7–10 days. No shipping on weekends or holidays.

Undeliverable / Lost Packages

We do not accept returns for sanitary reasons. Returned or undeliverable packages will be reattempted. Customers are responsible for delivery issues. We are not liable for items lost in transit.

Payment Terms

All orders must be paid in full before shipping. Payments are processed securely via credit card and charged at purchase.

Replacements

If your product is defective, email us at Blessedhandsbykosha@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery. Due to the nature of lace products, returns are not accepted — only eligible replacements.

Limitation of Liability

Blessed Hands Beauty Salon is not liable for indirect damages, including lost profits, delays, or product availability issues.
