We are committed to providing you the best of the best! This commitment is not just for our products but our process as well. Your order will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. We only ship Monday to Friday, our standard shipping will take 3-5 business days. During major sales, our shipping time is 7 to 10 business days for delivery. No shipping on weekends and Holidays.
Undeliverable/Lost/Return to Sender Packages
Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We do not issue refunds due to carrier delays or delay due to customs.If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will attempt delivery again in 1-2 days. This can occur if:
The shipping address is invalid
The customer’s shipping address is misspelled.
The shipping address is incomplete (i.e. apartment/building/suite number).
The carrier cannot deliver the product securely
The recipient has relocated.
The recipient denied the package.
We are not responsible for lost items in transit. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with any delivery problems.
Payment Terms
Payment must be made in full before the order is shipped.
All payments must be made by credit card through our secure payment gateway. The total price of the item(s) you order will be charged to your credit card at the time of purchase.
Replacements
We take great pride in our product and it is 100% guaranteed. If your replacement item doesn’t live up to your expectations, please let us know and send us an email to Blessedhandsbykosha@outlook.com within 7 calendar days from the date you received your package. If Blessed Hands Beauty Salon is unable to authenticate the product problem, we will return the item (by priority mail) to the customer at our expense and without a replacement product. CANNOT BE RETURNED DUE TO THE DELICATE NATURE OF LACE PRODUCTS (FULL LACE WIGS, LACE CLOSURES, AND LACE FRONTALS). EXCHANGED OR REPLACED.
